Oto informacje zdobyte z MS:

User Impact: Users and admins are unable to view some mailboxes and some address lists on the Outlook client and Outlook on the web.

More info: Admins are also unable to view all mailboxes listed in the Exchange admin center using the PowerShell Get-Mailbox command. However, admins can view all mailboxes by using the PowerShell command: get-mailbox * -resultsize unlimited This command will present extra mailboxes not normally displayed, such as arbitration mailboxes. While we work to resolve this issue for the remaining affected mailboxes, you can trigger a sync to fix a specific mailbox that is not displaying correctly by updating one of its properties (such as display name).
Current status: We're continuing to implement a fix that will resolve this problem for any mailboxes that are not displaying correctly. Affected customers will notice that mailboxes will begin to display correctly as the fix is implemented across the affected infrastructure.
Scope of impact: A few customers have reported this issue, and our analysis indicates that the problem can occur for users that made updates or changes to a mailbox's properties between June 14th and June 23rd.
Start time: Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at 12:00 AM UTC
Estimated restoration time: By Friday, June 30, 2017, at 10:30 PM UTC
Preliminary root cause: A code defect has caused impact to systems and cmdlets that process directory information and is affecting users' ability to view some address lists and mailboxes.
